This template is intended to serve as a base model for any healthcare facility to adapt to its own environment to comply with Washington RCW 49.19 Healthcare Workplace Violence (WPV) training requirements. It must be modified to include the specific policies and procedures already existing or those created in response to your WPV assessment completed in compliance with the Act. RCW 49.19 requires that training be completed by 7/1/2001, but this date has been extended to 12/31.
