1. This session will run until 12:15PM.

2. We will begin with a short piece introducing four scenarios under which a PHD would place a levy item on the ballot. Then we will briefly cover the limits and opportunities with respect to PHD involvement in ballot measures.

3. During the balance of the session, we will hear 3 success stories that will be about 15 minutes each.

A. Mike Madden from White Salmon JUST successfully ran a EMS levy.
B. Scott Rhine from Whidbey General ran a bond levy.
C. Doug Williams from Cascade Medical Center ran an EMS levy successfully after having a previous levy fail.

4. If everything runs according to schedule, we will have about 15 minutes for questions at the end of this session.
